Small Size 30D15 NTC Thermal Resistor Has Excellent Solderability And Solder Resistance​
 NTCs are thermistor phenomena and materials with a negative temperature coefficient, where the resistance decreases exponentially with increasing temperature. The material is a semiconductor ceramic, which is made of two or more metal oxides such as manganese, copper, silicon, cobalt, iron, nickel, zinc, etc., after fully mixing, molding, and sintering. It can be made into a thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient. Its resistivity and material constants vary with material composition, sintering atmosphere, sintering temperature and structural state. At present, there are non-oxide NTC thermistor materials such as silicon carbide, tin selenide, and tantalum nitride. The development of NTC thermistor has gone through a long process. In 1834, scientists first discovered the negative temperature coefficient of silver sulfide. In 1930, scientists discovered that cuprous oxide and copper oxide also have a negative temperature coefficient, and successfully applied it to the temperature compensation circuit of aviation instruments. Subsequently, due to the continuous development of transistor technology, research on thermistors has also made great progress. NTC thermistors were developed in 1960 and are widely used in the fields of temperature measurement, temperature control and temperature compensation. Its measurement range is generally -10°C to +300°C, also starting from -200°C to +10°C
